“ Our server was soooo sweet n fun. He had the best smile and laugh! We ordered a prime rib sandwich and veggies to share. It was delicious! The ambiance is amazing. Thid is one of the best spots we ate at on our trip! ”

As soon as we walked in, we felt so welcome, and our waitress was immediately attentive to what we wanted to drink and answered any questions we had about food and what things to order. It was our first time and we aren’t local to the area so she was very helpful I can’t say enough things about this place! The vibes were on point and the food, OMG, our appetizers were the barbecue wings and not only was the portion huge. The wings were super crispy and fresh, and we were obsessed! Everything we got was amazing, but I have to highlight the fries! They were the best seasoned fries we’ve ever had and they were also so fresh! Everything was! we will be back every single time we come into town!! This place is a must! ”
“ It was pretty late on a Tuesday night for dinner and my wife & I were running low on options considering the original bar & grill we walked in on the same stretch only served lunch. Luckily this venue had an hour left before closing so why not. My stepdaughter volunteered to watch over our boys so my wife & I could be alone for a bit so we took advantage. So from what I understand, this actually was formerly a fire station which is pretty cool and God bless all our fire fightin' men & women. I wouldn't say the menu is extraordinary but the food and drinks overall were good at still reasonable prices, service was friendly, dining area kept clean and we enjoyed the vibe. You can also get your game on here. It was our 3rd visit to Door County and the very 1st time dining in here and not bad at all. I wish for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s). ”
“ I recently visited Door County Fire Department at 38 S 3rd Ave, in Sturgeon Bay, WI. After a nice day visiting Door Co. I checked into this place..it's a very nice place with a bar counter and tables. I was waited on promptly and received my beverage. I checked the menu out and ordered a chicken wrap. The wrap was very good and I had a nice time sitting at the bar. ”
“ Door County Fire Co was our dinner destination last night, as a group of 14 innkeepers meeting in Sturgeon Bay. The meeting coincided with my husband’s birthday, and the restaurant very graciously accommodated my request to store a cake, plates, and forks for the afternoon so we could surprise him after dinner. Our server lit the candles, and brought out the cake perfectly timed. I would give more than 5 stars for the service and grace shown by the DCFC last night. Thank you for a perfect evening! ”
“ Stopped here while visiting family; this was my first time eating here—the place was recommended. I was told they had great burgers, and they do. I had the mushroom and Swiss burger with onion rings, and both were fantastic; my burger came with portobello mushrooms, fresh Swiss cheese, and caramelized onions. I am not used to having caramelized onions on a mushroom and Swiss burger, but it was delicious. The onion rings were beer-battered and looked and tasted like they were handmade. There were four of us in our party, and we all loved our food. Service was great. Very nice atmosphere. And we were seated and received our food in a very reasonable amount of time. ”
“ I went on a Saturday evening around 6:30 pm, and the place was crowded with a 45-minute wait for a table. After about 20 minutes, spots opened at the bar for myself and my 2 friends, so we sat there instead. There was only 1 bartender for the long bar, and she was doing a great job keeping up with everyone. She was smiling, friendly, and very efficient. We ordered, and the food came in a reasonable amount of time, hot and delicious! I had the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, which had a good amount of pork topped with coleslaw on a toasted roll. One friend had Prime Rib, which she said was done perfectly & my other friend had the Chicken Pesto Wrap, which she said was good but lacked a lot of flavor. The bar & returaunt walls were adorned with badges from fire, police, sheriff's departments, and more from all over state(s) which was kinda cool to see. I would definitely go there again the next time I'm in Door County. ”
